Windawazi provides text-based profile listings and on-site messaging for adults seeking introductions. We do not guarantee matches, relationships, or outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be 25 years of age or older. By registering you confirm this. Accounts that violate this rule may be removed.

3. Accounts and profiles

You must provide accurate information. Profiles require approval before they appear in public listings. After approval, listing content is fixed and may not be edited by you. Display names must not impersonate staff or use reserved words.

4. Acceptable use

You may not harass others, spam, scam, post illegal content, share others’ private data without consent, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may moderate, suspend, or delete accounts at our discretion.

5. Messaging and meetings

Messages are stored to operate the service. They are not end-to-end encrypted. If you meet anyone in person, you do so at your own risk. Take normal safety precautions.

6. Intellectual property

You keep rights to content you post, and grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to run Windawazi.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes between users, offline conduct, or indirect damages arising from use of the site.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
